I have found these Tonica cakes brilliant! They taste great, fill you with energy and you just don't feel hungry. I hoped to lose 14lbs before going on holiday which was a bit of a challenge - and I admit to cheating quite a bit as we always have alot of friends about at weekends so I went off the rails somewhat but only for the weekends! I have lost 9lbs which I think, considering how much I have cheated, is absolutely fab. I feel so much better and my clothes are more comfortable and I am still inspired to continue. I also have found the cakes extremely handy in that my work entails me being very busy, almost non-stop from 6am until about 2pm so to be able to just pick up a cake and a glass of water has saved me alot of time and messing about - its so easy and satisfying.
I would recommend Tonica to anyone who wants to lose weight as I did - and without suffering!

The cakes work well but the delivery time is appalling.
ReplyDeleteThe first box took 14 days - not too bad - but this time I am still waiting, 25 days since ordering, for the arrival of 28 days worth of cakes.
Bang goes my January diet!!
