I'm just now wholeheartedly eating your cakes and I'm amazed with them. I feel absolutely wonderful. No hunger and a high energy level. So my diet has officially begun. Your cakes are fabulous!! I'll be sure to let you know when I start running low ! I can honestly highly recommend  your cakes.

I have found these Tonica cakes brilliant!

I have found these Tonica cakes brilliant!  They taste great, fill you with energy and you just don't feel hungry.  I hoped to lose 14lbs before going on holiday which was a bit of a challenge - and I admit to cheating quite a bit as we always have alot of friends about at weekends so I went off the rails somewhat but only for the weekends!  I have lost 9lbs which I think, considering how much I have cheated, is absolutely fab. I feel so much better and my clothes are more comfortable and I am still inspired to continue.  I also have found the cakes extremely handy in that my work entails me being very busy, almost non-stop from 6am until about 2pm so to be able to just pick up a cake and a glass of water has saved me alot of time and messing about - its so easy and satisfying.
I would recommend Tonica to anyone who wants to lose weight as I did - and without suffering!

Not sure what is in your cakes, but they are absolute magic! I have never lost so much weight so fast, I am reserving judgment till the end, but if it is as good then I shall broadcast it from the roof tops!How did you get into the cake business? Do you make them or have them made somewhere?It is really exciting to jump on the scales at the moment!

They keep me full and I feel great!

Well I just cant believe how full you feel with these cakes! I suffer from hyperglycemia and with the Tonica Cakes my blood sugar levels have been stabilised - in fact I feel far more energetic that I usually do! They are really tasty and as a busy career woman, I find them incredibly convenient and a far healthier choice for my life on the go!
